Tracking. 
When your order has been processed you will receive an automated email.

Please allow at least 24-48 hours for this to register in the system, once you have received your shipping confirmation email, before tracking - as information may not be immediately available on the couriers website.

All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave - if you do not want your order to be left with an Authority to leave, please let us know in the in the note section upon checkout.

Important * - we take no responsibility for incorrect addresses. Please ensure you fill out your shipping details clearly and completely. You will be charged for additional shipping if goods are sent back due to a wrong address supplied by the customer.

Shipping times may vary during peak times including Sale Periods, Public Holidays and Holiday Periods.

Please note : Our couriers are currently experiencing delivery delays* due to a high volume of parcels in their network, along with new safety measures to protect their people and customers. Further to this, delays are also occurring as there are fewer domestic flights, international delays, and increased volumes as more people start shopping online. International customers can find expected delay times too.

Timing : Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of being received, and arrive approximately 2 - 10 working days from dispatch depending on the address location. * 

Freighters: We use several couriers for domestic postage. Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, Couriers Please, Sendle and TNT. Australia Post is our preferred courier for most postage for outer lying and regional areas. We always freight based on the best service in your area. 

Currency: All prices are listed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

International Customs and Duty Charges.
International orders MAY be subject to local charges. Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country.

Because of this, Being Co. cannot be held responsible for any additional charges. Please be aware of any additional fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order.

Being Co. will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. 

International orders are calculated at the checkout.
