VEGAN COOKIE DOUGH CLINKERS
COOKIE BASE⠀
1/2 Cup Vegan Butter ⠀
1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar⠀
1 Tsp Chia, Flax or Hemp Seeds⠀
2 Tsp Rice Malt Syrup⠀
1 Scoop protein powder
1 cup coconut flour⠀
TOP LAYER
Use Being Co. pink pitaya powder and blue butterfly pea powder whipped through with 1 cup coconut butter, 1/3 cup coconut milk & a dash of vanilla essence. Divide in 2 seperate colours.
METHOD
Place all the cookie dough ingredients in a blender. Blend. Pour into base of a greased cupcake mould. Then blend the top layer ingredients and place on top. Place in fridge to set.
