- Cream cheese or thick coconut yoghurt (enough to spread on your toast)
- 1tsp Being Co. Blue Spirulina Powder and 1 tsp Pink Pitaya Powder (add more powder for an intense colour)
- Gluten Free Bread (or bread of choice)
- Blueberries, raspberries, buckinis to decorate.
- Toast your bread
- Mix the Cream cheese or yoghurt with the blue spirulina and pink pitaya powders in seperate bowls
- Then spread a layer of colourful spread on each half of your bread, and blend them together in the middle.
- Decorate with blueberries, raspberries, buckinis .....
