• Cream cheese or thick coconut yoghurt (enough to spread on your toast)
  • 1tsp Being Co. Blue Spirulina Powder and 1 tsp Pink Pitaya Powder (add more powder for an intense colour)
  • Gluten Free Bread (or bread of choice)
  • Blueberries, raspberries, buckinis to decorate.


  1. Toast your bread
  2. Mix the Cream cheese or yoghurt with the blue spirulina and pink pitaya powders in seperate bowls
  3. Then spread a layer of colourful spread on each half of your bread, and blend them together in the middle. 
  4. Decorate with blueberries, raspberries, buckinis .....
