PB & BLUE OVERNIGHT OATS


OVERNIGHT OATS

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 tsp Being Co. blue spirulina 
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Half banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk 

 

THE TOPPINGS

  • 2 tbsp vanilla bean coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter 
  • Hemp seeds


Simply mix everything in a jar and keep in the fridge overnight and top up with your favourite toppings and serve up in a coconut bowl! Perfect!
