- 3 frozen bananas
- 3 cups of frozen mango
- 2 tsp nourish blend or matcha powder
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
- Blend all of the ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth.
- Spoon into bowls and top with your favourite toppings. Top with freeze dried strawberries, banana and hemp seeds.
