KID FRIENDLY NOURISH SMOOTHIE

This recipe is Low FODMAP friendly, Dairy Free and Plant based. ENJOY!

THE SMOOTHIE

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp Nourish powder @being_co
  • 1/4 c Spinach
  • 1/4 Avocado 
  • 1/4 Cucumber 
  • 1 Green Apple or Mango 
  • 1/2 tsp Coconut Oil
  • Dash of Lemon or Lime Juice 
  • 1/2 c Coconut Water
  • Ice as needed

METHOD

Add to blender and blend.
