KID FRIENDLY NOURISH SMOOTHIE
This recipe is Low FODMAP friendly, Dairy Free and Plant based. ENJOY!
THE SMOOTHIE
- 1 Banana
- 1 tsp Nourish powder @being_co
- 1/4 c Spinach
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1/4 Cucumber
- 1 Green Apple or Mango
- 1/2 tsp Coconut Oil
- Dash of Lemon or Lime Juice
- 1/2 c Coconut Water
- Ice as needed
METHOD
Add to blender and blend.
