VEGAN GOLDEN SORBET
INGREDIENTS
- 80 g raw sugar
- 1 lime, zest only
- 500 - 600 g frozen mango pieces
- 50 - 100 g coconut water
(or coconut/almond milk if you want a creamier version) - ½ tsp Being Co. Golden Glow Powder
- 40 g coconut flakes
DIRECTIONS
- Place sugar and zest into a high speed food processor/blender and blend until fine.
- Add all remaining ingredients and whizz till combined and smooth.
- Transfer into a freezable container and place in freezer till ready to serve.
