GOLDEN CHIA POTS
RECIPE: (Serves 2)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
- 2 tsp Golden Glow powder
- Optional toppings:
- Chopped fruit and caramel sauce
METHOD:
1. Start by making the chia pudding: Whisk together the chia seeds and almond milk in a small bowl, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Add the pudding to 2 jars.
3. Blend the mango, yoghurt and Golden Glow powder together until smooth. Pour on top of the chia pudding.
4. Add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
