DREAMY BLUE SMOOTHIE BOWL
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup banana (frozen works best)
- 1 cup natural coconut yoghurt
- 2 1/2 tsp Being Co. Blue Spirulina powder
- 1/2 cup ice
- Peanut butter
METHOD
Blend baby, Blend!
Then place in bowl and garnish with your choice of
pepitas, blueberries, granola, nuts……ENJOY!
