BLUE OCEAN BOWLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup pineapple or banana (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 2 1/2 tsp Being Co. Blue Spirulina powder
  • 1/2 cup ice

METHOD

  1. Blend baby, Blend!
  2. Then place in bowl and garnish with your choice of coconut, chia seeds, strawberries……ENJOY!
