BLUE OCEAN BOWLS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup pineapple or banana (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 2 1/2 tsp Being Co. Blue Spirulina powder
- 1/2 cup ice
METHOD
- Blend baby, Blend!
- Then place in bowl and garnish with your choice of coconut, chia seeds, strawberries……ENJOY!
