Servings : 14 servings - Our Pink Pitaya is 100% freeze-dried with no preservatives, additives and no anti-caking agents. It is advised to consume within 30 days once opened. It may be a little sensitive to moisture and may clump (as it has no preservatives and is 100% natural); but is still usable if this does occur. If the powder does harden, just dissolve it in some hot water before use.

UNICORN TOAST

INGREDIENTS
✓   Cream cheese or thick coconut yoghurt
      (enough to spread on your toast)
✓   1tsp Being Co. Blue Spirulina Powder 
✓   1 tsp Pink Pitaya Powder 
✓   Gluten Free Bread (or bread of choice)
✓   Blueberries, raspberries, buckinis to decorate.

DIRECTIONS

1. Toast your bread
2. Mix the Cream cheese or yoghurt with the blue spirulina and pink pitaya powders in seperate bowls
3. Then spread a layer of colourful spread on each half of your bread, and blend them together in the middle.
4. Decorate with blueberries, raspberries, buckinis .....
